Joshua Jeffries

Mr. Joshua Jeffries is an experienced benefits consultant with more than 20 years of experience in the employee benefits, healthcare, and technology sectors. Joshua has built an extensive national network of employer, broker, and carrier relationships. Joshua has personally negotiated and contracted with more than 40,000 providers nationally on behalf of self-funded employers, building custom, employer-specific medical networks through direct contracting rather than renting generic access panels.

Joshua's consulting practice has focused on helping self-insured employer plan sponsors improve plan results, cost transparency, and compliance in an environment of increasing fiduciary liability exposure - work that is directly aligned with the fiduciary rigor a national employer requires from its medical plan administration and network partner search. He holds a dual Bachelor's degree in Business and Psychology from Washington & Jefferson College and an MBA from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business. Joshua is also active in community and charitable initiatives, including ongoing fundraising efforts for Give Kids The World Village.
